The Front Pocket has 3 card slots and a magnetic snap.  Then it clip to the top strap to ensure it is secure.   The main compartment sip close and is large and roomy.  These are great bags to easily carry essentials 

This is honestly my favorite color.  Such a perfect Fall color.
